Godless

He could not navigate between anger and insanity
Eyes enraged like a rabbit animal
He runs with a pack this day
Embolden by his support by crazies
He sees her and beats her on the street
As if she was never a part of his memory
As if he never loved her
He allow his friend to beat and stomp her
As he watched her cry as he watched her die
Did he look into her eyes and realized her pain?
As she closed her eyes for the last time
What was her crime aside that she angered him?
Left in the street discarded and battered
No one intervened as if it did not mattered that
A mother, a woman, some ones child
Existence was erased by a crazy, angered man
Who chose to be Godless.
